If there's a option for no star I will use that. The first year with him we have set an appointment and even though we were in the office on time we were waiting like an hour because there were people before us. Not a big deal we said-the guy is busy. Next year we were late 10min. because of the traffic, and even though on our way he was texted that we are gonna be late, the office was closed. Came in 2-21-24 for taxes. They said there are not taking anymore new clients. Then I think he felt bad and decided to check anyway. He gave me my results and gave me an option to finalized or put on hold. He didnt want to tell me what the fee would be so I decided to put on hold. Called back the next day and ask how much the fee would be and he said I don't know go somewhere else. If you ask me I think these people are racist and only cater to their ethnicity.
