Bernie's Bicycle is a great shop! I've been using Bernie's as my LBS for at least five years now. You can't beat the customer service and their technical skills are top notch! Eli and Rich have kept my road bike running smoothly for multiple long distance rides over the years, including the Anchor House fundraising ride. I gave my bicycle Bernie's to have its brake system installed properly but they didn't call me to inform me to get the bike so I called 4 days later to inquire about it and I was told it was ready. Issue 2 is the bike had a flat tire when I got it back but the bike was new, out of it's original box. I ride the bike 1 time for roughly 15 seconds after I installed the breaks to verify if I installed them properly which was obvious to me that I did not and that's why I took it to Bernie's.
