I would give zero stars. We booked a stretch limousine and he called us 2 days before prom to cancel saying that he had mechanical failures. So then he arranged for a suburban to pick the kids up at 5:30 on prom day. We get a call at 5:35 Telling us that he would be here at 7:30 to pick the kids up. Prom doors closed at 6:30. What a waste what a disappointment for the kids senior year ....never using this service ever again... Extremely unreliable and irresponsible

I needed a ride from my home to Oaklawn and for them to wait to take me back home. I provided a deposit, and Mother Nature was not favorable, so my Doctor canceled the appointment. The organization was understanding of ride request, the cancellation and provided my deposit back. Thankful to the driver and organization for assisting me. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I genuinely appreciate the assistance.
