Maintenance visit turned into back pain I came in for a routine maintenance massage. I did not have any current complaints. I let them know that I'd had lower back issues about 6 months ago, but that they'd been fully resolved with physiotherapy, and I currently had no pain and no complaints. I was in desperate need of a massage before my Ironman. I had Tyler Milewski and he worked out all the kinks in my muscles and I even said, "You will be the reason I finish" My back was so tight before I went in. Released so much tension in my neck, hip and back that I did make it to the finish. Wahoo!!!
