Just found out after two and a half years that my mother's estate owes over six thousand. The manager has my information as POA and she never contacted me. The day my mother was taken to the hospital where she was taken off of life support again the manager never contacted me. All this happened even though I have a signed agreement by this manager saying she would contact me in any changes regarding my mother's health. I would never trust an elder with this manager or Elgin Manager. This employee should find a different care... read more
The staff was very caring, helpful went above and beyond to make my mother's last days comfortable and made her feel important. I am so grateful for the care she received ❤️
