Terrible tax advice, I've spent countless hours on the phone with the IRS fixing the mess they made.
Ryan did my taxes this year and he was fantastic. He answered every question I had and was great throughout the entire process. The admins that run the front were also amazing and always went above and beyond to help me. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
They gave me terrible tax advice as a new, and naive business owner that I am still cleaning up nearly 3 years later. Then they sent me a one-paragraph letter dropping me as a client with zero explanation nor even a recommendation to someone who would be a better fit for my needs in a CPA, this happened near tax season without warning so I had to find a new CPA with relatively short notice. Poor business etiquette, I would not recommend.
