Been a customer for 3 years now and never had an issue with ordering our cylinders. Staff always answer the phone with a friendly tone and offer me options. Keep up the great customer service!
Not only did they manage to track down their driver during the "Optus Outage" they also delivered my gas on the same day as I signed up. Very impressive Thank you.
Been without gas for weeks and was promised Gas the next day if possible, couldn't make it (that's completely fine) but was booked in for the day after and no one showed up and no one made contact either to explain their absence.
Claimed they replaced the cylinder yet we are without gas and hot water.
They are terrible to deal with really unreliable. Try to avoid getting a house that uses gas cause you dont want to be dealing with them.
