It's a pretty decent credit union. They do seem pretty lazy at the headquarters. They tend to drag their feet on some issues, I had a loan transferred to ELGA, and they sent the check late, which caused some issues that I had to fix. I got absolutely no help from corporate on that even though it was their fault and any other bank would have handled it. Also, the rewards program is absolutely useless unless you're pushing tens of thousands of dollars through your account every month. Other than that, not too bad.
Been a member for 20 plus years always exceptional service either on the phone or whatever branch I've been in.

Literally the best credit union/bank to ever exist! They gave me a chance on a loan when my credit was so poor even the most predatory scummy lenders out there wouldn’t have given me a loan, and their rates were MUCH better and not at all unreasonable or predatory. They didn’t take advantage of my dismal credit score! This bank is amazing, I owe them so much and because of the kindness they’ve shown I would gladly bend over backwards to make sure they get paid every month; even if I were unable to pay every single other bill... read more
