I am done with this credit union and have opened a new account with another. It was smooth sailing for me until they “fixed” the online banking system. Now I have had nothing but trouble since then. Latest episode was yesterday. They shut down for maintenance during business hours. Whats wrong with maybe 1 to 4 am so not to cause problems with us needing to take care of business. Been banking here for 10 years and my experience has been awful cant wait to settle my debts and I'm done.
Know one knows what they are doing. Pretty sad. I let them use my money to make money. And they make me jump through hoops to get my own money out.

For some reason my dealership financed my lease through Elga. I won’t be returning to that dealership given how awful Elga has been. 1990s level online banking platform. Insanely bad service. Their new online tool can’t accept PNC transfers/payments - no one at Elga knew why or could estimate a resolve date. Couldn’t give zero stars or I would have without hesitation.
