Long-time member, newly disappointed. I’ve been with ELGA for years and have had multiple products through them: loans, credit cards, you name it. But after my recent experience, I’m strongly reconsidering that loyalty. My debit card was stolen or went missing nearly a month ago. Worst banking hours ever. Also, switch your online account from saying you open at 9 if you don’t open until 9:30.
