ELGA recently merged COPCO (Bay City) and since we have had problems! First ELGA is not helpful at all. What we dislike the most is ELGA uses out of state processing centers! We bank, shop local and want to see our money used locally-not down in Texas! There are a lot of choices-make a better one avoiding ELGA!
