Back in feb itried to get my interest rate down on my bike. They said they would call me never got a call went again last week and im still waiting
In 2026, this CU is unable to take online payments - for 8+ months since they made an online banking platform transition. I have to call customer service, they then have to call me back, and I have to process a car lease payment via credit card that the try and fee me for every time - despite it being the only payment type they can take. The leadership of this CU should be ashamed, see other reviews for proof. I feel for their service staff, they have a thankless job with no support. Sad.
