Terrible service, even other locations say how bad it is. Don't hire people that can't do their job.
I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I was told I would receive follow-up communication, but that did not occur. Given that this account is still relatively new, the lack of timely communication feels unprofessional and inconsiderate. Clear, consistent follow-up is essential, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.
Would rate this place zero if I could. We are about to take our business elsewhere to Dort Federal. You shut off mine and my wife's debit cards prior to the weekend with no notice? That's messed up. Don't even tell us why. There is no reason to and then your customer service member is rude and snarky to my wife. I demand someone to contact me.
