HATE the new digital banking app. It’s given me nothing but problems. I had to change my password due to my old one not being “strong enough” which is BS. Nobody’s guessing random numbers even if there aren’t capital letters. Due to this inconvenience I have been accidentally entering my old password, (the Face ID unlocking feature randomly becomes toggled off and I can’t use it when I usually do) I did it maybe twice or three times yesterday and they LOCKED my account. I’ve been a member at ELGA approx 25 yrs and have both personal and business accounts here. I’ve been so loyal, that about 12 yrs ago I moved to Oakland County, but kept my business with ELGA…bad decision in hindsight. I LOVED this credit union for their customer service…that is up until now. I always hate to see a company or organization grow so big so fast because they tend to loose their customer service in the process, and I feel that is what happened here. It’s sad to see!
