Love this place. Love Marcellus and Noah.I was involved in a rear end, hit and run collision with my Toyota Camry. Totally traumatic. They were so nice in renting me the brand new white Hyundai Sonata. They dealt with the body shop, Mackins, and did everything for me. I am asthmatic,and allergic to cleaners. They wiped everything down for me, with warm water, so I could actually rent the car without asthma attacks. The other insurance picked it up, thank goodness, as I was able to get a plate number. I've rented multiple cars from enterprise, but this time when I reserved a vehicle and used an Uber to get there they told me they needed two forms of address.... like I ubered there..... and they would not work with me. Brushed me to the side and assisted other customers while 4 employees, I joke you not, sat their on their phones. I missed a funeral this weekend and I'm in absolute shock. I enjoyed working with the people in the office. They were friendly and efficient. The check out and return went smoothly.
