Whenever possible, I try to support local businesses before large corporations, so I drove all the way to Elferink & Harold specifically for their notary service. I did a lot of research before I chose this business too. Their website states they are a notary, their sign out front states they are notary, and they have a sign on the front of their building that says 'notary' yet when I went in they told me "we are not a notary."
