The chair its self is great now that I fixed the error the installer had made, we had issues with the chair beeping and not working correctly occasionally which became more regular, when trying to get ahold of the company to fix the problem they got me to send through a video and then I heard nothing else from them. I recently moved property and moved the chair myself but got someone that the company recommended to dismantle the chair at the new place to fit through the door. This is our second massage chair from Elex. A fantastic quality product that massages your aches away. We had 2 good years of constant use with the first chair and upgraded because we believe in the product, and we are sure to get the same use again, but with more features. Sales, Delivery and Installation by the dedicated team (even driving 3 hours to install @7pm) was very much appreciated. Thank you for ensuring the same level of service as our first purchase 👍
EDIT: POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE After initial purchase , after sales service was horrendous , booked in and technician never showed so wasted a annual leave day , he called a few times during the day saying he was running late then said couldnt get parts and cancelled at 4:30 Followed up with calling Keiran and he said he would get it sorted and thought parts had come in but once again ghosted The initial service booking was a nightmare to begin with with changes to dates due to technician being interstate Took me many years ... read more

*update* Even though they said in a reply to this that they would do their best to resolve the issues, I heard nothing from them or the salesman who said he would get back to me. Msgd him today and he called me saying he got some answers 2 days ago but never contacted me, also said he has no idea how returns work. Wants to send someone out Monday to have a look at the chair which is day 14. So if I dont have a resolution ot he doesn’t show up again, Im returning it. They aren’t even their chairs just a reseller that has slap... read more
