*update* Even though they said in a reply to this that they would do their best to resolve the issues, I heard nothing from them or the salesman who said he would get back to me. Msgd him today and he called me saying he got some answers 2 days ago but never contacted me, also said he has no idea how returns work. Really disapointed in the bodybliss honestly. Reveiws were great and when I tested the chair in a shopping centre in Perth was surprised at how good it was. Went to the Melbourne office to try it again and the salesman didn’t show up at all. A salesman from Sydney Keiran called me and gave me a demo over the phone. I have a bad back so decided to finally make the purchase but its just gone further downhill from there. Delivery driver showed up without the tools he needed, luckily I had them.
