This is a wholesale/correspondent lender. I have used them and their rates are very good...price at the top of my investor list usually. Their underwriting style is good and fast. I've closed several complex files with them. They underwrote and approved a VA manual uw. The system wouldn't approve it but I believed in the deal and they approved it. This company was bought by what appears to be private equity and now just looks like a shell company. You can’t get in contact with anyone to try to pay your mortgage. I closed on my refinance a month ago and my first payment is due in a week and so far they have not complied with federal regulations to provide me accurate information (or any at all) about my loan via a mortgage statement or coupon book. I am praying they just sell my loan off as soon as possible.
This place is terrible. No communication, they don’t answer the phones, and don’t return voicemails. I would highly recommend AVOIDING them.
So I am currently attempting to refinance! I was initially going with Eleven Mortage! I jumped through hoops that required my time and effort. At the last minute they now needed restructure some things after already signing the initial CD (mind you the lender I'm going with now doesn't require what Eleven Mortage is wanting at the last minute.)
