We have had a great experience so far with Elevations. We have chosen them to be our lenders for our new home, and Team Bennett (Ian and Sara) were amazing to work with. We are excited to build together with them over the coming years.
We first met Elevations when we were looking for a home mortgage. We had heard great things and the bar was high, but they exceeded them. The rates were the best we saw, and they worked with us to figure out what mattered to us. Ian was very responsive, informative, and we feel like we can really trust him. Would highly recommend using them for any mortgage or banking needs!
We were working with Aaron Staufer about home loans but he was pretty rude, condescending and overall didn't seem to enjoy his job as he acted like we were burdening him when asking about the different home loan programs Probably would not recommed this credit union due to poor customer service
