After experiencing the depersonalization involved with a national bank buying out our local bank, we looked for an alternative banking location. Elevation Credit Union in downtown Fort Collins proved to be a great choice. We were welcomed there as customers, rather than an anonymous number on an account. Dave Armstrong and his team gave us a loan to purchase our first house. Compared to other lenders I shopped, Dave was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. He even locked a rate for us over the weekend and helped us while he was traveling out-of-state. I felt like we were in very good hands the whole time, and am happy they do not sell their loans, so we will get to stay connected and refinance with them. I'm very thankful for Elevations.
