I've been an Elevations member for over 30 years. But today, I deposited checks using the ATM at the Baseline branch. The machine rejected two checks totaling $500.00, and didn't return them to me. Elevations says their ATMs are serviced by another company, so it'll be some time before I ever see my money again. I'm really angry about Elevations screwing this up, throwing my life in disarray (I can't pay some bills now), and being slow and useless to solve this issue.
A lot of attitude from a woman who was making a lot of mistakes while I was selling my vehicle to one of their members. It took over an hour for the transaction. Very snotty. Cannot recommend.
Lily made me feel like a criminal when I was trying to withdraw money. She didn't take my verification pass code as a confirmation of my account. I'll stop by any other location from now on.
Lily is as beautiful as she is smart. Takes care of you quickly and puts confidentiality at a high standard with asking for my ID when doing a large cashier's check even though she knew who I was. Great credit union and amazing staff! Especially Lily!
