I have maintained an account with CU/Elevations since college over fourty years ago. I had an excellent experience with the credit union until about five years ago. Today I was their told .05% savings rate on my six figure deposit was competitive and they had no plans to increase their rate to be competitive. Very disappointed in how they handled my overdraft. Beware that overdraft won’t pull from the savings account like they say when you open your account. Instead was charged $31 “courtesy fees” for each transaction. Loved the idea of supporting a local bank and have been a loyal customer for years, but will be looking for a new bank
