Clerk and manager were extremely disrespectful. They refused to clear a fairly standard check amount when I was depositing. After reviewing my account out loud they went back and forth unsure about whether funds would be available or not with me standing right there. I proved it was a standard amount and that we had deposited similar amounts from the same bank/corporation weekly since opening our account 7 years ago. Every time I try to call elevations they cannot hear anything I say at all. I have checked it out by calling other places and other phones. I cannot talk to elevations and it's only this business
I love Elevations! I’ve been a member for several years and recently added a business account. When I had a glitch today with moving money around in a hurry, Gloria, Tiffany and Ty were all really helpful! They could have rolled their eyes about my urgent need & complex issue but instead I felt like they were totally on my team and in it with me til we figured out what could be done to get it all worked out. I am feeling so grateful. These are warm hearted & hard working people. Thank you to all! ☀️
