Very incompetent back office for international wires. Very expensive to use them. They do not disclose the fees and there is no transparency. And the staff is totally uninformed, so whatever they tell you is not true or real. Stay away from them.
I was very clear when I opened my account that I wanted overdraft protection on. I wanted any transaction above my card balance to decline. Guess what. They didn’t listen and the card over drafted. Never do banking with these losers.
