Shannon Hale is amazing! I was referred to Elevation a few years back by my physical therapist as I was working to rehab a hamstring injury. I am so glad I set up that first consultation! Shannon specializes in minor injury repair and rehabilitation, as well as stress alleviation. Her price is very reasonable ($80 for 60 min) and I cannot say enough about how great I feel afterward. Looking forward to my next appointment! :)

The best massage I've ever had & I've had many. Her space is very calm, quiet & relaxing. I have caught myself falling asleep during Shannon's massages and her massages are the only ones I've ever been able to do that during. I usually have a lot of neck, shoulder & back pain and she has always been able to work out all the tension & get me feeling better without putting too much pressure.
