This place looks to be permanently closed, I have called and left messages, never received a call back. I went to the location during the "open hours" and there is not a car in the parking lot and both doors are locked?

Not sure if they are closed? You cannot book online, as there is never an option to "Select a Staff". I've called and do not receive an answer, and I too have stopped by but the doors are locked. It's a shame, as I really wanted to try the salt room.
