First time going to Elevation Cycles for work done, and couldn't ask for a better level of service. Dropped my read wheel off for the hub to be serviced at 9:30am this morning and got a call at 3pm to let me know it was ready the collect. I didn't have a specific slot booked in for the work to be completed, just dropped it off with the expectation that it would be done when possible.
Fabulous bike shop. Sorted my bike issue at very short notice. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Called into Elevation Cycles as I was having a problem with my gears. I was seen there and then and within 30 seconds my problem was fixed. The time was also taken to explain to me the problem and how to fix it myself in the future. Will definitely be returning for any other bike issues/servicing 👏
Great service.
Had a persistent problems with a flat front tyre. Elevation cycles were very patent and methodical in finding the small piece of glass. Great service.
