The repair shop is awesome - they’ve hooked me up a few times with quick turnaround times and good work
Went to the downtown location and found a model that I liked, but the bike was in a strange color. Had that location call this location and place a hold on the same bike in the color that I wanted. Walked 5 miles across the city (I was planning on riding the bike home) and as I walk through the door, they are selling the bike set aside for me.
I’ve taken my bike here three different times. Staff is friendly Hours are amazing! Thank you all for being open on Sunday. Quick turnaround times for repairs which is huge! I highly recommend this shop.
They are as nice as can be (thus 2 stars) but I thought that since they sell e-bikes, they would work them. I made an online appt for “e-bike tuneup and brake bleed”. Once I arrive with bike, they look at me and tell me that they don’t work on e-bikes. If you have an e-bike, go elsewhere. In a world where e-bikes are popular like it or not, I would think that they would come around with times and provide basic tuneups/maintenance on e-bikes.
Manny is the man yall are lucky to have him as an employee!
