Top notch service and great bikes. We rented bikes two different days. The second day came and I had lost my perspiration glasses while kayaking the day before. The kind staff canceled our reservation with no hassle or cost. Very understanding folks. We will be back!
I had an excellent experience renting skis and even exchanging them for a different style throughout the day. The staff were friendly, patient, and highly knowledgeable. A special thanks to Avery, whose expertise and insight made all the difference—she truly knows her skis!
Got a tune, had to go back after a few runs as I could not tell any difference. After having to ask them to, they re-waxed it and I could tell an immediate difference! I had gone in originally for a strap that was breaking on my board. They replaced it of no charge (which was really nice) but put too small of a part on which caused my binding strap to slide while riding. Was hoping this would be my go to shop but not worth all the hassle/frustration :(
Exceptionally good tuning shop, very knowledgeable staff.
