I can't say enough good things about Elevation Athletics! After a knee injury in May (ACL rupture and MCL sprain), I spent three months at a traditional physical therapy clinic with little to no progress. I'd never done PT before and didn't know what to expect, but Elevation exceeded it. Within a couple of sessions, Dr. Whitney had identified the root cause of my knee pain and had me working on an effective plan.
