After finally deciding I needed professional help with taking Crossfit to the next level with the GOALS I had set. I went in to get worked on to help with my HORRIBLE mobility. Destroyed my knee ACL, MCL, Meniscus- Doctor and others were pushing me towards a surgery I didn't want or need- I worked with Emily their knee specialist for several months. At first I balked at physical therapy. These guys are totally different than other PTs. Highly recommend Amy, especially if you are a discerning athlete looking to fastrack and take your recovery into your own hands, avoid conventional dogma and BS, and get back to training hard and living how you want ASAP.
