Cannot recommend Dr Emily enough! She had me back running quickly- Pain free and educated on how to stay pain free. Thanks Elevations and Dr Emily!
It's been fantastic to work with Dr. Bailey for some calf pain that was affecting my running. She took the time to understand my symptoms and goals as an athlete and was able to build a logical plan to address both the pain and the underlying muscle imbalances. Sessions were fun and motivating, and I'm back to running pain free. Would definitely recommend Elevation for anyone working on performance goals.
I was competing in a local comp and was struggling with some pretty rough hip pain that was preventing me from performing at 100%. Elevation was there with a booth and Dr. Bailey worked on me and then set me up with an appointment in their clinic.
