Jamie has a very good sense of the body. She worked quite well on the "bad" part (the reason I came in), and also identified another problem area that I remembered I had (more minor) that I hadn't told her about. She's one of those health professionals who can tell a lot about what's going on inside the body just by what she's examining on the outside (e.g., reminding me of a midwife who knows exactly the baby's size and positioning from an outside examination.) After many years of adult league soccer and a torn Achilles and many muscular-skeletal issues, I have tried many solutions. Multiple types of chiropractors. Never massage therapy. I really believe that a great massage therapist, like Jamie, is the answer. She is amazing and seems to have a really strong understanding of how to help bring me back into balance after many years of right/left compensation issues. Highly recommend Jamie.

Jamie is a compassionate person who is full of loving energy and also a master of her craft. I did not realize how much tension had been stored in my body due to trauma, sports injuries, and a sedentary job. She helped me identify places that I carry stress in my body. I also love that she is a holistic healer with a spiritual approach. She has done reiki for me and and I left feeling physically and emotionally uplifted. She has treated my entire nuclear family at this point and we are all devoted. My bodyworker for life!
