Eleanor is amazing to work with. She really listens to your needs and provides relevant suggestions to help get you to your personal goals. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Working with her has helped me gain new skills for my wellness and health that I am confident I will continue to apply in my daily life.
The accountability really helps. Eleanor makes it fun and goal oriented by setting simple challenges for me to complete. Having a phone/video call every 2 weeks allows enough time to go by but not too much. Very ideal. She is very knowledgeable about healthy foods and food choices.
As a professional boxer who trains year-round, Eleanor's guidance proved to be a godsend for my training and fight preparation. Working with her not only improved my physical performance in the ring, it also boosted my confidence and gave me more control over my schedule and habits. I would put 10 stars, if I could.
