I do not recommend, the worst film company I have ever seen.
Today is our one year anniversary and we were so excited to watch our wedding video one year later. Photos and memories are one thing, but a beautifully filmed and edited video is like reliving the day all over again. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rob and everyone at Elevated Media. Worth every penny and then some!!
Elevated Media, as a whole, was amazing to work with! Rob was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The team of videographers were a dream to work with and captured our special day so beautifully. I can't thank them enough for how wonderful Elevated Media was every step of the way. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best service and quality of video! 10/10 pleased!!
Absolutely would not recommend this company for the lack of compassion and caring of their customers. My brothers wedding was set in September 2022. In the summer he had to postpone the wedding due to his fiancé getting sick and being in the hospital, then THE DAY BEFORE their original wedding date she had passed away. Elevated media was informed of everything with my brothers contact information. No email, call, or even a refund was issued. We then posted reviews on his Facebook page.
