This place is amazing, the owner is welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I went to my first visit where I did the salt bath and sauna. I can breathe more clearly out of my nose. I sweated so much I don’t need to get my cardio in for the day! I have now included 2 visits a month from my living budget. Lol, I had doubts but noticed instant results guys, treat yourselves!
The location was clean the lady was very nice and welcoming. The instructions were clear. You have a whole room to yourself. you can watch a show put music on or sit in silence. With the option to shower before and after in the same room. I loved my experience and will see you again.
Had an amazing relaxing experience. Definitely will be returning! Alena was so kind and accommodating. Love this place already. Added a photo of the cute front office!

Lots of amenities other saunas typically charge extra for are included here! Love the salt sauna too, I haven't seen one of those anywhere else! Infrared sauna should be a regular part of health and wellness for so many people, thank u for providing a serene space for it! Also the walk in showers with eucalyptus are really nice! I also love that the rooms have real doors and are spacious inside! Booking is super easy too! Love this locally owned spa 🫶
