I have never been to a sauna. Was kind of nervous at first. My muscles were sore so I was like why not! First I started off with the full body cryotherapy. The process was easy and they explained everything in great detail! Afterwards my girl and I did the sauna AND BOY LET ME TELL YOU, I feel so refreshed and the sweat was amazing. They even have a shower to wash off right after. The whole experience was effortless and I even watched Netflix while I was in there. I’ll def come back to this place for sure!!!
Such a wonderful, refreshing and relieving experience. I felt an immediate response in my body when I got into the infrared sauna, and within 18 mins., I had pain relief in my feet and legs subside tremendously. Emma was very helpful and you can tell Elevated takes pride in ensuring a cleanly and serene environment.
Great customer service great energy and great recovery for any physical activity that endures and requires hardworking and dedication but that would not be possible with out great recovery that elevated ensures
Came here for the first time and I absolutely loved it! You get a whole room to yourself with Infrared Sauna and private shower. They have a TV hooked up by Bluetooth into the sauna in which you can play music or watch Netflix. The atmosphere is very cute and relaxing. They also offer a promo for new customers, your first session is only $18! This place is great if you're looking for sauna sessions, I definitely recommend and will be coming back myself!
