Great experience, staff person up front welcoming and very knowledgeable. Had to switch from a cryo to infrared sauna but pleasantly surprised with red light therapy. Very clean, provided robes, slippers and other amenities. Nice way to relax and recuperate. Will come back and try other services!
The location was clean the lady was very nice and welcoming. The instructions were clear. You have a whole room to yourself. you can watch a show put music on or sit in silence. With the option to shower before and after in the same room. I loved my experience and will see you again.
This place is amazing, the owner is welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I went to my first visit where I did the salt bath and sauna. I can breathe more clearly out of my nose. I sweated so much I don’t need to get my cardio in for the day! I have now included 2 visits a month from my living budget. Lol, I had doubts but noticed instant results guys, treat yourselves!
Had an amazing relaxing experience. Definitely will be returning! Alena was so kind and accommodating. Love this place already. Added a photo of the cute front office!
What an awesome experience. Walked in clueless and walked out feeling amazing and educated! Can’t wait to go back- these girls really know their cryogenic and their saunas! 5 stars!
