The sauna was perfect and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The girl at the front desk (I didn't catch her name but she was wearing a Gibson Les Paul shirt) was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely return, though I live pretty far so it can't be as frequent as I'd like. But if you love saunas, this is the place to go. If you’re new to saunas or red light therapy, etc., definitely give this spot a try. It’s fantastic.

Every detail here is thoroughly designed to make you feel cared about. Its clean and welcoming. Plenty of time for your sauna session and a SHOWER!! Each room has its own shower. Fresh clean towels, body wash and shampoo. Medical grade red light therapy and salt therapy offered in each sauna. They also have whole body liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Plenty to offer and just a great place overall.

I just love Elevated!! Always has friendly and polite staff. Studio is always clean and has a relaxing vibe. The owner Yasmin makes you feel at home and makes you want to come back again!!

I finally had the chance to experience nitrogen cryotherapy for the first time, and it was exhilarating! At first, I was a bit anxious when I thought about those icy temperatures, but Yasmin was incredible. She expertly walked me through the process and kept me engaged, especially when the chamber hit its coldest point. It turned out to be an unforgettable experience! I have never been to a sauna. Was kind of nervous at first. My muscles were sore so I was like why not! First I started off with the full body cryotherapy. The process was easy and they explained everything in great detail! Afterwards my girl and I did the sauna AND BOY LET ME TELL YOU, I feel so refreshed and the sweat was amazing. They even have a shower to wash off right after. The whole experience was effortless and I even watched Netflix while I was in there. I’ll def come back to this place for sure!!!
