Great experience, staff person up front welcoming and very knowledgeable. Had to switch from a cryo to infrared sauna but pleasantly surprised with red light therapy. Very clean, provided robes, slippers and other amenities. Nice way to relax and recuperate. Will come back and try other services!
I had such a wonderful experience. The receptionist was incredibly sweet, informative, and kind from the moment I walked in. The room was very clean, and I absolutely loved the privacy that was probably my favorite part. They really pay attention to the little details that make you feel cared for. They offered towels , and I they had a massage gun available. They also had rubber bands in case you needed to put your hair up, which I thought was so thoughtful. What an awesome experience. Walked in clueless and walked out feeling amazing and educated! Can’t wait to go back- these girls really know their cryogenic and their saunas! 5 stars!
The location was clean the lady was very nice and welcoming. The instructions were clear. You have a whole room to yourself. you can watch a show put music on or sit in silence. With the option to shower before and after in the same room. I loved my experience and will see you again.
