8-23-25 My first time visiting a dispensary in California, we were visiting family in the Woodland Hills so I had to make a stop and check out Elevate, the cannabis bodega on Ventura Blvd.🍃 I didn’t see any buds in a jar, most of the merchandise is pre-packaged and with wide selection of pre-rolls, gummies, drinks, concentrates and more delicious goodies. I had a great experience at Elevate Smoke Shop! The store is super clean, well-organized, and has an impressive selection of products. Kenny was especially helpful—he really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us to the perfect product. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area

I’ve gone too many many dispensaries in my lifetime. I must say that this place has some of the best selections the best price points and there’s a star person who works here his name is Aaron. He is so cool. He’s very kind. He has great. Focused on customer service he’s always smiling. He has great suggestions always has a good attitude and by far one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met in my entire life. This guy is a jewel and this place is incredible. Aaron is your budtender of the year !
I’ve been a client here since they open, i always love coming in and the staff have been really cool specially seeing the security guard with glasses and Stephanie! They’re always so nice and very knowledgeable. Lately i haven’t seen Stephanie and there’s new faces, they’re definitely not friendly at all(this is the second time), they have zero knowledge on the products, you ask them a question and they just ignore you.
