I usually love the atmosphere of this place. However recently, it seems to be declining. Customer service etiquette is far from good. I was waiting to be helped when I heard a newer employee complaining to a customer about a previous customer that just left the establishment. This is poor and unethical behavior. An employee should not complain about a customer and definitely not in front of other customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the poor customer service.
