Booked an appointment for my mom here. They said they do not accept her Canada Life insurance and my mom had to pay in full for her appointment. She asked to then cancel the appointment and they told her she would have to pay in full. She had no idea and was surprised by this. They said this stated on the website. Elevate is a clean, professional environment. Evan is timely and polite. He makes me feel comfortable and tailors each session to my needs. Everything he does is with intention and purpose. If you are looking for someone to help you relax and to help relieve physical issues you didn’t even know you had, this is the place for you. 1+ year update: Have not stopped coming here for a reason. If I could give more stars, I would, especially for their new booking system.
