The attention the therapists provide to your specific injury is unmatched. I always felt welcome and felt like I was the main priority every visit I had. The front desk ladies remembered me from the first visit and always greeted me by my name as soon as I walked in the door. Elevate physical therapy is a great place to go to and if I ever need physical therapy again I will be going back to them.
I was very disappointed with my experience with Elevate PT. When I first called a few weeks ago, I was told they could get me in within a couple of days. Based on that information, I expected to be able to get started fairly quickly. Instead, I was contacted later and offered an appointment in mid-September. That's a significant difference from what I was originally told, and unfortunately that timeframe doesn't work for me. My experience with Elevate PT has been great. I've had to work on two issues and both of the technicians have been very helpful and easy to understand. Progress after 80 is rather slow but I'm still gaining. Thank you to all the staff!
