I'm a few weeks away from being 84 y/o and I'm now 3 1/2 months post a 4 level lumbar laminectomy for recurrent congenital spinal stenosis that had been symptomatic for 10 months prior to my surgery. I'd lost a lot of strength in my lower extremities.
