Elevate Physical Therapy and Fitness, the best!! Dan addressed my plantar fasciitis and knee pain with a plan of action which consists of stretching and strengthening exercises. On the first appointment, my pain level was a 10 and by the 2nd appointment, I was significantly better! Grateful for this team of experts!

I was dealing with constant lower back issues. Sean, who is extremely knowledgeable and professional, put me on a path to fix the problem as well as prevent it from happening again. I definitely recommend using Elevate.
Elevate Physical Therapy got me back on my feet, literally. Dr. Dan was with me every step of the way. Elevate's one on one approach is what made the difference. From making sure I was doing my exercises correctly, modifying my exercises to help me get to the next level or encouraging me when things were tough. Thank you Dr. Dan for all your help.
