Elevate is a great program, helping me with Pelvic floor issues. Exercises are helping improve muscles throughout my body. Danielle's concern for my overall health based on her education, therapy background and research makes my visits informational to carry forward.
Danielle was very educated, welcoming, and gave an extremely thorough assessment and gave lots of visual and verbal education on pelvic anatomy, treatment options, and a game plan for treatment. Definitely the best in this area.
