Cain is a great therapist. He assessed me thoroughly and clearly explained his treatment approach. His manual skills were excellent, I feel so much freer and more mobile after his treatment. Cain then gave me some great stretches to help my issues, even they feel good!

Cain has an amazing depth of knowledge in remedial massage and as a bodywork practitioner. Great communicator, great assessment- identifying issues and working on them, very passionate to help others and shares many helpful tips for home between sessions. Very nice hooman. Highly recommend.
