Waited almost two weeks for Jay to call me when it was supposed to be a day or two per Joshua for a consult. When I called back today Joshua gave me conflicting answers to my questions. After Joshua changed his answer several times I stated it felt like a runaround. Joshua then got Jay on the phone. Jay turned it around as if I was the one causing an issue and was very condescending and rude to me.
