Tamara was amazing! I have been vaping for many years and was very dependent on it. I needed an extra session with Tamara, however it was free of charge and I have now gone a week with vaping! I am no longer experiencing cravings and my mood and energy levels are so much better. Truly amazing stuff.

Highly recommend Tamara she has supported my wife with anxiety and other bad habits. Before Tamara I never thought that hypnotherapy would work and is such gimmick, But seeing Tamara on 2 occasions for my wife has surely changed my mind . now I’m referring hypnotherapy to everyone. Tamara is such a great person to talk to about any issues. She is very supportive and positive person with no judgement and she follows up with you daily to see how you are going and feeling with ongoing support.
