Dr. Was very nice when i finally got through to one..... the customer service representatives (3 of them, first/main one name was Rose) who answer them phones need to be REPLACED ASAP, I was literally about to get a refund from Groupon after 8 calls to the representative.... Went to them on a web reccomend for med card when Illinois first started issuing them. Awesome service and results! If you have a legit reason to have a medical card for medical marijuana then they make it so easy and fast. Very professional. Understanding. And make getting a med card simple. I have zero complaints. WARNING! The State might need a certain letter or better photo. It's not their fault. It's Illnois being technical. But, sometimes it's as simple as a better photo. It was very easy to get an appointment & the Dr's visit was super easy via video. I would of given a 5 star review, but after I got the email it was approved it took a week for the Dr's certification to be added to my MMP account so I could apply for my renewal card. So just make sure you get the appt early so you don't run into any problems with that. I still have a month before mine expires, so I will be fine.
I have had the pleasure of using their services last year and again this year. Such friendly and very helpful . Medical Cannabis has helped so much with pain, ptsd.So glad I have them to help me thru the process
