I would recommend this place especially if needing placement for respiratory. My father had to get a Tracheostomy and vented. He was at an awful facility prior to being transfered to Elevate Care of Niles. Working with my dad with therapy since day one, doing more than the other facility ever did. From Nursing, Therapy, to Dialysis everyone is so great. I'd give more stars if I could.
Everything is good, but it would be better that there are more korean helpers on the weekends.
At the present time I am pleased & comfortable with the long term care my love one is receiving. Am loving the fresh look that Elevate Care has created in break room for staff families & patients. Be safe be well blessings to everyone. God place ur angels all around this facility in Jesus, name.
Elevate care of Niles was a miracle for us, answered prayers and a relief after months of looking for a place for my family member with dementia. Very nice place, clean environment with lovely staff. We were looking for a place since June and not comfortable to leave our loved one in nursing home, but seeing this place changed my mind about how nursing homes are. Thank you so much for all you do🥹🙏 people who have family members with dementia will know what I went through😔 but you can trust this place❤️
