As a family member, trusting others to care for someone you love is incredibly difficult, but this facility has exceeded our expectations in every way. From day one, the staff made us feel welcomed, heard, and reassured that our loved one was in good hands. My loved one did want a private room which wasn't available at the time, but their management and customer services team worked together to pair my loved one with a roommate who she was not only compatible with , but they are now two inseparable friends. I visited the facility today and it is beautiful. The staff are very caring and taking good care of sick people.
I would recommend this place especially if needing placement for respiratory. My father had to get a Tracheostomy and vented. He was at an awful facility prior to being transfered to Elevate Care of Niles. Working with my dad with therapy since day one, doing more than the other facility ever did. From Nursing, Therapy, to Dialysis everyone is so great. I'd give more stars if I could.
