Love the hospitality the nurses are great

UPDATE: After three years, no improvement. In fact, it seems considerably worse. PREVIOUSLY: The facility is beautiful. They say the food there used to be good too. Hopefully, now that it is under new management (formerly Windsor Estates), they change people's diapers every two hours like they said they would. It's horrible how loved ones have to lay in their own waste for hours. This can cause infections and sores. The phones are out of wack so you can't reach anyone there directly.
