I went to this facility as a visitor. I found it to be a clean and airy / open setting with an appropriate number of staff. My only comment would be that it seems to take an unnaturally long time to get specific reactions once the 'call' button was activated. There was no obvious reason for this weak point but once the required personnel showed up, they functioned efficiently and comprehensively. I had a good visit with my Uncle. He looks good and well kept. The staff was very friendly when you entered and leaving the facility. This was my first time visiting. I was very impressed.
I went to see you my uncle and the place was clean. The majority of the staff was nice and professional. My uncle looked well taken care of.
