All that glitters isn’t gold. My mother was here for two weeks. We sent her here because the facility was very clean and it looked like a nice facility. When touring they were very polite with us. However, when my mother had to be transferred out of Elevated Care to the hospital she told me that the workers were very mean to her and did not answer her calls when she needed them at night while we weren’t there. My first time visiting, the staff is very helpful, the facility is well kept and clean. The patient care is well above average.
