UPDATE: After three years, no improvement. In fact, it seems considerably worse. In response to you'd like to hear from me. You already have, and it changed nothing. PREVIOUSLY: The facility is beautiful. They say the food there used to be good too. Hopefully, now that it is under new management (formerly Windsor Estates), they change people's diapers every two hours like they said they would. this is the place where I believe they push people off the bed. My mom had a big bruise on her knees and a bump on her head. She went to the emergency. She was there for like three days. The bump was gone on her head. The next day they call my My son and said oh your grandmother got out of bed again and I know she can’t and she only hurt her knee. Worse place. Mistake bringing my loved one here. I can definitely name names, but let’s not…. Prejudice for sure…. My loved one was here not even 2 weeks got taken to ER and passed with oncoming weeks… this place is of disgust! Killed my loved one!! O stars!
