Julie's breathwork class is a wonderful example of such a modality, I recommend it to anyone seeking inner transformation and emotional well-being.
This is where I went to my first ever breath work class. I had no idea what to expect. Julie made us feel so safe, so comfortable. She explained everything so there were no nerves at all. I was able to fully let go and engage in the experience. It was incredible. Truly! I would absolutely recommend her!
I had a beautiful experience trying breathwork for the first time. It was an amazing way to recenter and take some conscious time for me. The music and the prompts were beautiful and I can’t wait for the next class!
