Awesome shop, reasonable prices and friendly staff. I had a mechanical on the sea to sky gravel trail. I got my bike in working order to reach Pemberton, but it still needed some fixing. The shop was kind to fit me in and got my gearing adjusted nicely for the rest of my riding that day. Recommend.

Made my ten year old, very neglected Trek fx series 7.3 alpha gold aluminum 💚, look like new. Friendly and welcoming people, and considering the busy time of year, I was very surprised how quickly it was serviced.
This is the second bike I’ve bought from Tom. Within a few days we had it paid for, ordered, delivered, and built up. He took personal care and attention and let me know as soon as it was ready. Elevate go above and beyond and really take care of their customers!
