Not the best first impression was told to get there 15mins before and it wasnt even open. No welcome at the desk. Lockers mostly broken and didn't work and one staff member i asked had no clue how to fix, was there a while (which made us lose bounce time) and a lady staff member came and helped eventually. When we went to get our things out the locker the code didn't work, went to get help and the staff member said theres been another code put on it!!??
