I decided to move to a retirement village after my husband passed away and after looking at many other options, I chose Elermore Glen. Things I liked about here were:- 1-The gardens were beautifully kept and it was a pleasure to explore the streets. All gardens maintained by the Company who owns it. 2-The variety of the accommodation meant you could chose if you wanted a large villa with double garage or a small villa with single garage, or an upstairs with a balcony or downstairs with a small garden. From the moment you drive through the entrance you will be so impressed with the manicured gardens and well cared for homes tucked away in Elermore Glen. This is a beautiful “Over 55’s” neighbourhood and features a heated swimming pool, bowling green, community centre, men’s shed and pond. We are so happy to be here in our fully renovated home enjoying a relaxed and carefree lifestyle.
A wonderful place to live with great amenities. Well run and maintained. There is a heated pool, a beautiful community centre with functions arranged by the lovely social club ladies. Also a bowling green, gym and exercise classes weekly and workshop for the men. All in all, a friendly and peaceful community.
