My bank wouldn't reduce my rate and Marina made is so easy to leave them and moved me to a bank much cheaper. She walked me through the documents and I sent them right away, she confirmed them in the same hour and send me my options a few hours later. Very fast and I appreciate her working on my concerns and helping me leave my lender fast. She helped me understand what the discharge process was and fill out the forms for me. If you are not happy with your bank, I recommend you speak to Marina
