My bank wouldn't reduce my rate and Marina made is so easy to leave them and moved me to a bank much cheaper. She walked me through the documents and I sent them right away, she confirmed them in the same hour and send me my options a few hours later. Very fast and I appreciate her working on my concerns and helping me leave my lender fast. She helped me understand what the discharge process was and fill out the forms for me.
