The absolute most horrendous company I have ever worked with. Ive had to resign my loan three times, due to their error. Each time my interest rate went up. Its a 8.6%. I have a credit score of 835. It started way lower. I have been told several times they need more money. Finally after several long exhausting months. I have had 3 loans with the company that also operates as ELEND.The Chief ************************************************** was contacted on several occasions about not to ever to sell my contract to ****************** over the s*** they pulled.He said he would make sure it did not happen but then it does and he did nothing to correct it.This last loan I was told stuff by his staff to do. Wishing I would have researched this mortgage company before doing business with them. They are continuously hosing me down. Like my down payment went from ******. something up to thirteen thousand something! Wondering what surprises I'm going to see on the contracts now. Thinking I should get an attorney for the remainder of the transaction?
You guys approved me for a loan. After 30+ days of being in process, you guys just lied to me about me my approval process. Suddenly on closing day, you guys made an excise that my financials don't make sense. I had a property removed from my account and suddenly, my financials don't make sense? Flat out liars. You guys can't even be honest. I had to resubmit my IRS amendments several times and suddenly I'm not qualified? You guys made a biased decision based on your own personal agenda. Horrible experience.
I was quoted fees I would need to pay out of pocket at the beginning and now that I had the appraisal done there is additional fees they did not tell me about. when I told them about it they said sorry but did not care to resolve any issues. I cancelled the refinance due to feeling uneasy about the issues and wondering what would happen after I closed on the loan if issues are already arising. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
Filed for a loan in September 2021 and it's March now and they are still dragging there feet.. they don't care about you as a person. Loan officer was a idiot and his boss was extremely rude.. never in my life have I ever been just railed over.. not a way you should run a business if you (supposedly) only get paid when it goes threw.
