Integrity, respect and courtesy cannot be found here. I expect to be treated the way I treat others in business and otherwise in life. I was very disappointed today. After 2 past successful purchases, I will NEVER return to this store. Two years ago I purchased a nice necklace for my wife, the lady who helped me was lovely. Showed him some pictures I had of a Tiffany sterling teaset. The pictures were very detailed. He said he was very interested, so I drove about 50 miles to get the set. It was 145 ounces of pure .925 silver. He looked at just one piece and said these have a monogram and that really hurts the value. The pictures he looked at showed a close up of the monogram. He then went to offer me a extremely low ball offer of $2300 for the set. On that day melt value was $2800. Of course his sterling was way higher like $2000 for a 40 ounc... read more

I was referred to call Kenneth Bremmer at Elena’s Cherry Pickings to get estimates on antiques I would like to sell. We spoke, I sent him photos of many piece’s. I told him I would like some guestamates, not appraisals. We made an appointment for him to come by and look. He came in, zoomed through my home.
